Samsung Electronics Co. recently announced the first Galaxy Book 5 series laptop. The Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 is said to offer accelerated AI capabilities with over 300 AI-powered applications, including gaming and creativity.
“The Galaxy Book5 series brings even more cutting-edge AI experiences to Galaxy users around the world who want to enhance and simplify their everyday tasks,” said Dr. Hark-Sang Kim, EVP & Head of New Computing R&D Team at Samsung Electronics. Dr. Kim added that the Galaxy Pro 360 combines state-of-the-art performance with Samsung’s mobile AI system to give users the “ultimate AI PC experience”.
The Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 utilizes Microsoft’s Copilot + AI assistant and Intel’s “Intel® Core™ Ultra processors (Series 2)”. The laptop will also include Samsung’s proprietary Galaxy AI features such as circle to draw, chat assists, and live translation. The Pro 360 presents a 16-inch, 10-point Multi-touch, AMOLED display. It comes with Intel’s Arc™ Graphics for the graphics and Intel® AI Boost for its NPU.

Regarding the laptop’s performance, Intel’s Vice President David Feng said, “The latest Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2) coupled with Samsung’s cutting-edge PC solutions create the ultimate computing experience, optimized to seamlessly deliver the absolute best of what AI can enable”.
The Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 is available in select regions including Canada, France, Germany, the UK, and the U.S.
