Adobe Posts Record Q3 Revenue, Tops 1 Billion Monthly Users

Adobe reported record third-quarter fiscal 2026 results, including revenue of $6.76 billion and a milestone of more than one billion monthly active users across its creativity and productivity products, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 28, 2026 rose 13% year over year, or 12% in constant currency. Diluted earnings per share came in at $4.62 on a GAAP basis and $6.13 on a non-GAAP basis. Total Adobe Annualized Recurring Revenue exiting the quarter reached $27.50 billion, and the company said its AI-first ARR grew more than 150% year over year.

GAAP operating income was $2.35 billion and non-GAAP operating income was $2.97 billion. Net income totaled $1.83 billion on a GAAP basis and $2.42 billion on a non-GAAP basis. Cash flows from operations were $2.52 billion, which Adobe described as a record for the quarter. The company repurchased approximately 9.5 million shares during the period.

Within its Customer Group results, subscription revenue reached $6.56 billion, up 14% year over year. Business Professionals & Consumers subscription revenue was $1.91 billion, up 16%, while Creative & Marketing Professionals subscription revenue was $4.65 billion, up 13%. Remaining Performance Obligations stood at $22.16 billion, with Current Remaining Performance Obligations at 67%.

Chair and CEO Shantanu Narayen said the results reflect the strength of Adobe's AI innovation and expanding customer reach, adding that reaching one billion monthly active users marks a defining moment for the company. Senior vice president and interim CFO Steve Day said Adobe delivered double-digit revenue and EPS growth in the quarter and is raising its full-year revenue and EPS targets.

For the fourth quarter, Adobe targets total revenue of $6.80 billion to $6.85 billion and non-GAAP earnings per share of $6.30 to $6.35. For the full fiscal year, the company's updated targets call for total revenue of $26.576 billion to $26.626 billion, non-GAAP earnings per share of $24.45 to $24.50, and total Adobe ending ARR growth of 10.2% year over year.
