Mostaque highlighted that data from GitHub indicates that AI-generated code currently accounts for 41% of all code. Even more noteworthy is that within three months, AI surpassed the popularity of Bitcoin and Ethereum on GitHub, indicating the increasing prominence of AI compared to cryptocurrency.
“By the end of next year,” he says, “I believe you’ll have ChatGPT on your mobile phone without internet.” With AI models fully resident on mobile phones, our conversational interactions could undergo a radical transformation.”
