Alphabet Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $127.6 billion, up 25% year over year, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The quarter marked Alphabet's 13th consecutive period of double-digit revenue growth, the filing said. Google Services revenue rose 11% to $96.3 billion, driven by 12% growth in Google Search & other, with search query growth reaching its highest year-over-year rate in five years.

Google Cloud revenue climbed 103% to $30.7 billion, which the company attributed to enterprise AI infrastructure and AI solutions demand, growth in core Google Cloud Platform services, and sales of TPU systems. Consolidated operating income increased 30%, with operating margin at 31.8%. Net income available to common stockholders was $26.2 billion, or $2.12 per diluted share, compared with $34.98 billion, or $2.87 per share, a year earlier.

CEO Sundar Pichai said Alphabet is now on a half-trillion-dollar revenue run rate, with first-party model APIs processing nearly 32 billion tokens per minute, more than four times the volume a year earlier. He said the Gemini app has reached one billion users, calling it the fastest-growing product in Google's history, and that YouTube Music and Premium subscribers, including trials, surpassed 150 million globally.

During the quarter, Alphabet issued 12 million Class A shares for $4.3 billion and 24 million Class C shares for $8.1 billion under its at-the-market program, leaving $27.6 billion available for future issuance. The company also issued senior unsecured notes for net proceeds of $28.7 billion for general corporate purposes. In October 2026, Alphabet's board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share on its common stock and $15.63 per share on its mandatory convertible preferred stock.
