Apple said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it posted its strongest June quarter ever, with total revenue of $109.4 billion, up 16 percent from a year earlier.
The company reported diluted earnings per share of $2.02 for its fiscal 2026 third quarter ended June 27, 2026, up 29 percent year over year, according to the filing. Apple said the results included a favorable impact of $0.11 per share from tariff refunds, and that gross margin of 50.1 percent included a roughly 2 percentage point boost from the same refunds.
iPhone, Mac and Services each set new June quarter revenue records, the filing stated. iPhone revenue came in at $54.3 billion, up from $44.6 billion a year earlier, while Mac revenue rose to $10.4 billion from $8.0 billion. Services revenue reached $30.7 billion, compared with $27.4 billion in the prior-year quarter. Net sales grew across every geographic segment, including Americas, Europe, Greater China, Japan and Rest of Asia Pacific, according to the figures disclosed in the filing.
Apple CEO Tim Cook said in the release that the company saw double-digit revenue growth across iPhone, Mac and Services and in every geographic segment, and pointed to the introduction of an all-new Siri AI and other software features at WWDC26. CFO Kevan Parekh said the quarter set new June quarter records for both earnings per share and operating cash flow, and that Apple's installed base of active devices reached a new all-time high across all major product categories and geographic segments.
The filing also disclosed that Apple's board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per share, payable on August 13, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 10, 2026. Net income for the quarter was $29.8 billion, up from $23.4 billion a year earlier, and cash generated by operating activities over the nine-month period totaled $116.996 billion, according to the condensed financial statements included in the filing.
