Broadcom Inc. reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $29.6 billion, up 86 percent from a year earlier, according to an 8-K filed with the SEC.
The company posted GAAP operating income of $16.0 billion and non-GAAP operating income of $20.1 billion for the quarter ended August 2, 2026. GAAP diluted earnings per share came in at $2.68, while non-GAAP diluted EPS reached $3.32.
Cash from operations totaled $14.2 billion, and after $0.5 billion in capital expenditures, free cash flow was $13.7 billion, representing 46 percent of revenue. Cash and cash equivalents stood at $24.0 billion at quarter's end, up from $19.6 billion at the close of the prior fiscal quarter.
By segment, semiconductor solutions generated $20.8 billion in revenue, 70 percent of the total, while infrastructure software contributed $8.8 billion, or 30 percent. CEO Hock Tan said AI semiconductor revenue reached $16.7 billion in the quarter, growing 221 percent year-over-year and 54 percent quarter-over-quarter. He said the company expects AI semiconductor revenue to reach $21.7 billion in the fourth quarter, up 236 percent year-over-year.
CFO Amie Thuener said non-GAAP operating income grew 92 percent year-over-year as consolidated revenue rose 86 percent to $29.6 billion. She said fourth-quarter consolidated revenue is forecast to increase 93 percent year-over-year to $34.8 billion, with non-GAAP operating margin expected to hold at 66 percent, flat from a year ago.
The company's board approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.65 per share, payable September 30, 2026, to stockholders of record as of September 21, 2026. On June 30, 2026, Broadcom had paid a prior quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, totaling $3.1 billion.
