Cboe Global Markets, Inc. entered into a Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with Bank of America, N.A. and a group of other lenders, according to a filing with the SEC.

The company said in the filing that it signed a Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated July 24, 2026, with Bank of America, N.A. serving as Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender, and BofA Securities, Inc. acting as Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner.

According to the filing, the new agreement amends and restates the company's Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated February 25, 2022, under which lenders had agreed to extend credit in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $400,000,000.

The filing states that the Borrowers requested the amendment and restatement in order to extend the maturity date of the revolving credit facility and to make certain other amendments to the existing agreement.

The agreement also lists Agricultural Bank of China, Ltd., Bank of China Limited, Chicago Branch, Barclays Bank PLC, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., and The Toronto Dominion Bank, New York Branch as Syndication Agents, according to the document.
