Celestica Inc. announced executive leadership appointments effective October 1, 2026, in a press release filed with the SEC, naming Mandeep Chawla to a newly created role and elevating Todd Ankenmann to Chief Financial Officer.
Chawla, who has served as Celestica's CFO since 2017, will move into the position of Group President, Global Markets. In that role he will oversee the company's commercial execution and global market expansion. Before joining Celestica in 2010, Chawla spent nearly a decade at General Electric followed by senior leadership roles in the engineering and life sciences sectors.
Ankenmann will succeed Chawla as CFO. He joined Celestica in 2018 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Finance, where he has worked in strategic planning, financial reporting, and commercial execution. Prior to Celestica, Ankenmann spent over a decade in senior finance leadership roles at GE.
Rob Mionis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Celestica, said the company is evolving its leadership structure to scale effectively amid what he described as unprecedented growth. Mionis called Chawla an outstanding CFO and said his commercial acumen positions him to lead the company's next chapter of growth. Mionis also said Ankenmann's understanding of the business model and track record across Celestica's ATS and CCS businesses position him for a seamless transition to CFO.
Celestica describes itself as a technology leader with expertise in design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and platform solutions, enabling data center infrastructure for AI, cloud and hybrid cloud markets.
