The Global X Lithium & Battery Tech ETF seeks to provide investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield performance of the Solactive Global Lithium Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in securities included in this index, as well as in depositary receipts based on those securities, and in companies economically tied to the lithium industry, such as those involved in lithium mining and battery production. The fund uses an indexing approach and does not attempt to outperform the index.
