About the fund

The Invesco Solar ETF seeks to track the investment results of the MAC Global Solar Energy Index. The fund aims to invest at least 90% of its assets in companies included in this index, which consists of global firms deriving at least one-third of their revenues from solar industry activities. The index includes companies involved in various aspects of the solar sector, such as equipment production, installation, raw materials supply, and solar-powered systems, and applies certain liquidity and ESG criteria for inclusion. The fund uses a full replication strategy, generally holding all securities in the index in proportion to their weights.
