Hyperscale Data, Inc. said in a filing that its Board of Directors has declared monthly cash dividends on two series of its preferred stock.
The Las Vegas-based company, which describes itself as an artificial intelligence data center company anchored by Bitcoin, disclosed in an 8-K filed with the SEC that its Board approved a monthly cash dividend of $0.2708333 per share of its 13.00% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock.
The Board also declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.20833 per share of the Company's 10.00% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, according to the filing.
The record date for both dividends is July 31, 2026, with a payment date of August 10, 2026, the filing said.
According to the filing, Hyperscale Data operates through its wholly owned subsidiary Sentinum, Inc., which owns and operates a data center used to mine digital assets and to offer colocation and hosting services for AI ecosystems and other industries. The company's other wholly owned subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, Inc., is described in the filing as a hybrid private equity firm and operating company active in financial services, digital assets, industrial services, hospitality, defense technologies and other sectors.
The filing stated that Hyperscale Data currently expects the divestiture of Ault Capital Group to occur in the second quarter of 2027. Upon that divestiture, the filing said, the company would become an owner and operator of data centers supporting high-performance computing services, as well as a holder of digital assets. Until then, the filing noted, the company will continue to provide products and services through Ault Capital Group and its subsidiaries, including an AI software platform, equipment rental services, and defense/aerospace, industrial, automotive and hotel operations, along with private credit and structured finance through Ault Lending, LLC.
