The Cardano Blockchain has picked up a lot of momentum within the past month. With over 400 new projects coming to light and 100,000 new wallets being created.
- Input Output (IOHK) announced on Twitter that there are nearly 900 projects on Cardano as of the time of the tweet. This is just under 400 more than what was stated by IOHK president Tim Harrison on March 11th.
- Some of the top projects include AGIX ERC-20 Converter Bridge, OccamX Liquidity Mining Campaign, Daedalus Wallet, and various NFT projects including Snoop Dogg’s NFT Collection.
- Since March 22nd, Cardano wallets have increased by over 100,000 according to WatcherGuru. This puts the total amount of Cardano wallets at over 3.26 million. Within the same timeframe, an average of over 8,000 Cardano wallets have been created per day, up from 2,000.
- IntoTheBlock reported in March that Cardano may be experiencing ‘Institutional Demand’. The volume of on-chain transactions over $100k has increased by over 50x in 2022.
