NVIDIA Revenue Jumps 106% to $96.2 Billion in Second Quarter of Fiscal 2027

NVIDIA reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $96.2 billion, up 106% from a year ago, the company said in a press release announcing the results.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 26, 2026, rose 18% from the previous quarter. Data Center revenue reached $89.0 billion, up 117% from a year ago and up 18% sequentially. Edge Computing revenue was $7.2 billion, up 27% year-over-year and 13% from the prior quarter.

GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins were both 75.0% for the quarter. GAAP diluted earnings per share were $2.46, up 128% from a year ago, while non-GAAP diluted earnings per share were $2.22, up 120% from a year ago. GAAP net income was $59.7 billion and non-GAAP net income was $54.0 billion.

During the quarter, NVIDIA returned approximately $26.0 billion to shareholders through share repurchases and cash dividends, leaving about $99.0 billion remaining under its share repurchase authorization. The company will pay its next quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on October 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 10, 2026.

NVIDIA said the Vera Rubin platform is ramping into full production, with racks running at partners including CoreWeave, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Nebius. The company also announced strategic partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR aimed at mobilizing more than $500 billion of third-party capital for AI infrastructure buildout over time, subject to definitive agreements.

For the third quarter of fiscal 2027, NVIDIA expects revenue of $108.0 billion, plus or minus 2%, and said it is not assuming any Data Center compute revenue from China in that outlook. GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins are expected to be 74.0%, plus or minus 50 basis points, with operating expenses of approximately $9.2 billion GAAP and $9.0 billion non-GAAP.
