Watts Water Technologies Announces Retirement of General Counsel Kenneth R. Lepage

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. said in a filing that Kenneth R. Lepage, its General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer, will retire effective March 31, 2027, after more than 23 years with the company.

The company said it is initiating a comprehensive search for Lepage's successor. Lepage will continue serving in his current roles through his retirement date and will support an orderly transition of his responsibilities.

Robert J. Pagano, Jr., Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairperson of the Board, thanked Lepage for his leadership, sound judgment and trusted counsel throughout his career at Watts. Pagano said Lepage played a critical role in strengthening the company's governance, compliance, ethics and sustainability programs and had been a valued advisor to the Board, leadership team and colleagues around the world.

Lepage said it had been a privilege to serve Watts and work alongside talented colleagues, dedicated leaders and the Board of Directors. He said he was proud of what had been accomplished together and grateful for the trust and support received throughout his career, adding that Watts has a strong culture, outstanding people and a bright future, and that he looks forward to supporting a successful transition.
