Zoom Communications, Inc. said in a filing with the SEC that it has appointed Jeff Epstein, the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
The company also announced that board member Jonathan Chadwick will retire after nearly ten years of service, effective November 19, 2026.
Epstein is currently an Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. He also serves on the boards of Autodesk, Inc., AvePoint, Inc., and Twilio, Inc. He previously served on the boards of Okta, Inc., Couchbase, Inc., Poshmark, Inc. and Shutterstock, Inc.
Epstein holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Yale University.
Eric Yuan, Zoom's CEO and Board Chairman, said Epstein's financial and strategic leadership across B2B software and vertical AI make him a strong addition to the board. Yuan also thanked Chadwick for his nearly ten years of service, saying his guidance was critical during major periods of growth that helped shape the company.
