Zoom Communications, Inc. said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that total revenue for its second fiscal quarter of 2027 reached $1,277.2 million, up 4.9% year over year.
Enterprise revenue, a key growth driver for the company, rose 7.8% year over year to $787.5 million, while Online revenue grew 0.6% to $489.7 million. GAAP operating margin for the quarter was 24.6%, and non-GAAP operating margin was 40.0%.
GAAP net income for the quarter was $1,542.4 million, or $5.15 per share, compared with $358.6 million, or $1.16 per share, in the same quarter last fiscal year. Non-GAAP net income was $464.0 million, or $1.55 per share, versus $471.3 million, or $1.53 per share, a year earlier.
The trailing 12-month net dollar expansion rate for Enterprise customers rose to 99% from 98% in the year-ago quarter. The number of customers contributing more than $100,000 in trailing 12-month revenue climbed 8.2% to 4,625. Online average monthly churn held steady at 2.9%.
Zoom repurchased approximately 3.7 million shares of common stock during the quarter, bringing total repurchases under its current plan to 44.2 million shares. As of July 31, 2026, the company held $7.2 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities, and generated free cash flow of $472.4 million for the quarter.
For the third quarter of fiscal year 2027, Zoom expects total revenue between $1.275 billion and $1.280 billion, with non-GAAP diluted earnings per share between $1.46 and $1.48. For the full fiscal year, the company expects revenue between $5.085 billion and $5.095 billion and free cash flow between $1.780 billion and $1.820 billion.
