We download every new filing straight from EDGAR, compare it with the manager's previous quarter, and publish the diffs — see what a 13F filing is and the cross-manager moves board. A manager who stops filing stays listed with their last filing and an honest "quarters behind" flag — never a stale portfolio presented as current.
