About the fund

The Fund seeks to provide daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to the inverse (opposite) of the daily performance of Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN). To achieve this, the Fund invests primarily in financial instruments such as swap agreements and options that offer -100% daily exposure to AMZN. The Fund rebalances its holdings at the end of each trading day to maintain this inverse exposure, and its strategy results in concentration in the consumer discretionary sector and the retail industry. The Fund’s objective is designed for daily results and does not seek to achieve its stated goal over periods longer than a single trading day.
