About the fund

The WisdomTree Emerging Currency Strategy Fund seeks to achieve total returns that reflect both money market rates and currency value changes in selected emerging market countries relative to the U.S. dollar. The fund is actively managed and invests in short-term U.S. money market securities combined with forward currency contracts and swaps to provide exposure to the currencies and money market rates of emerging economies in Asia, Latin America, and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. It selects a subset of countries from these regions, aims for equal weighting among the chosen currencies, and rebalances quarterly to maintain geographic and economic diversity.
