About the fund

The Invesco Optimum Yield Diversified Commodity Strategy ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing in financial instruments linked to the prices of widely traded commodities such as energy products, metals, and agricultural goods. The fund does not invest directly in physical commodities, but instead gains exposure through a wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary, which invests in commodity futures and related instruments. The subsidiary generally seeks exposure to components of the DBIQ Optimum Yield Diversified Commodity Index Excess Return, but the fund is actively managed and may adjust its holdings to seek to outperform this benchmark.
