About the fund

The Defiance Nasdaq 100 Income Target ETF seeks to generate current income as its primary objective and aims to provide exposure to the performance of the Nasdaq 100 Index as a secondary objective. The fund is actively managed and primarily invests in passively managed ETFs that track the Nasdaq 100 Index, while also selling daily credit call spreads on the Index to generate options premiums. It may also use call options and hold cash or short-term U.S. Treasury securities for collateral and income purposes. The fund’s strategy is designed to seek consistent income distributions, mainly from options premiums, and limits its participation in gains of the Index.
