About Liberty Broadband Corporation
Liberty Broadband Corporation primarily holds an equity method investment in Charter Communications, controlling 25.01% of Charter’s aggregate voting power. Until July 14, 2025, Liberty Broadband also owned GCI Liberty, Inc., which operated the GCI Business; this business was divested to Liberty Broadband stockholders as a condition of Liberty Broadband’s combination with Charter. Liberty Broadband and Charter entered into a definitive merger agreement in November 2024, under which Liberty Broadband stockholders will receive Charter stock in exchange for their shares, and Liberty Broadband preferred stockholders will receive Charter preferred stock with substantially similar terms.
